A free tool that turns your baby's birth date into the exact deadline — and a live countdown — to add your newborn to health coverage, branching by plan type (employer ~30 days with a day-31 cliff, marketplace 60-day SEP, Medicaid/CHIP auto-enrolled to age 1).

Build spec in docs/DESIGN_BRIEF.md; the plan-type branching, the day-31 coverage cliff, and a verify-before-build list in docs/SITE_NOTES.md (note: every day-count — the 30-day employer floor, the 60-day marketplace SEP, the Medicaid-to-age-1 deeming, and the state floors — must be confirmed against primary .gov sources before launch).
